I was a little apprehensive buying a replacement heating element and installing it myself, but it turned out to be quick and easy! I saved at least $100 doing this project myself! I am a middle-aged female who is somewhat handy, and this was an easy project for me.

My Mom mentioned that her oven was not working right and she was trying to bake cookies in a toaster oven. A subtle hint that we needed to fix the oven. After calling Home Depot, Lowes , Sears and Ace Hardware we realized the only answer was the web. The diagram made a huge difference and gave us comfort we were ordering the right element.
